Apprenticeships
We’re proud to provide structured apprenticeships in Business Administration, Bid & Proposal Coordination, Carpentry & Joinery, and Multi-Channel Marketing. These opportunities help young people and career changers gain valuable skills, recognised qualifications, and meaningful employment within the fire safety industry — supporting long-term careers and local economic growth.

Employee Training
We believe in lifelong learning. Investing in our people ensures they continue to grow, innovate, and share knowledge across the business. Recent examples include our HR & Office Manager completing an Environmental Sustainability qualification, our Managing Director graduating from the University of Leicester’s Help to Grow: Management programme, and several team members achieving ASFP and other specialist certifications. Charity Days & Donations
Giving back is an important part of who we are. Our team regularly takes part in volunteer days and community projects to make a positive local impact. In July 2025, we supported the
Phoenix Children’s Foundation, helping to fund a new sensory room and volunteering on-site with weeding, painting, and maintenance to enhance the charity’s facilities.
